Location: Hochberg: At the Hochberg we are able to produce very elegant and mineral driven Blaufränkisch wines and the Hochberg ranks among the best red wine vineyards of Austria.
Soil: Irony loam, lime stone
Winemaking: The grapes have been picked very selective by hand. Traditionally Fermentation on the skins in overfluiting tanks, malolactic fermentation and aging in used barriques.
Drinking temperature: 17°C
