Wine description: Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zweigelt, Pinot Noir
Nose of strawberries and sour cherries, slight vanilla touch, already harmonious.
Winemaking: As soon as the grapes are harvested, they undergo special control. A rabbi must supervise the winery, asserting that: any devices used for winemaking are clean and sterile so that no foreign substances will be left hidden in the depth of the vessels; all materials used in the production of wines such as, e.g., treating material or filter material are accepted as kosher and do not contain animal substances.
It is only when the supervising Chief Rabbi Kotel Dadon (Chief Rabbi of Croatia) from Zagreb has convinced himself that all of the above-mentioned requirements have been met, that the wine will get the seal of the rabbinate, which every bottle of kosher wine must carry on its capsule and label.
