Wine description: Ripe yellow and red flavours, piquant bouquet, blackberry leaves, some mint, nice interplay of warmer ripe flavours and cooler minerale notes – Wohlmuth´s classic
Soil: Paleozoic slate (red and black)
Winemaking: Selective hand-picked, maceration time 6 to 14 hours, temperature-controlled (~20°C) slow fermentation. Ageing in stainless steel on the yeast until bottling at the end of February.
Drinking temperature: 12 °C

Dry wines from hand-harvested grapes. After at least a half-year of maturation in barrel or stainless steel, these wines are released onto the market on 1 March. They offer a fine representation of the diversity found throughout Südsteiermark.
