Wine description: Delicate rosewood aromas, sappy, grapey, minerally, spicy—with slatey minerality.
Soil: Red slate (paleozoic slate)
Winemaking: Very late selective hand picked grapes, short maceration time, gently very slowly pressed. Slow natural fermentation in Stainless Steel tanks at temperatures around 21°C. Batonage for several months.

Dry wines from hand-harvested grapes. After at least a half-year of maturation in barrel or stainless steel, these wines are released onto the market on 1 March. They offer a fine representation of the diversity found throughout Südsteiermark.
