Wine description: Stone fruit aromas, fresh golden delicious apple, rich in extracts—varietal food partner.
Soil: Paleozoic slate
Winemaking: Selective hand-picked, short maceration time, gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation and ageing on the yeast in stainless steel until bottling at the end of February.
Drinking temperature: 12 °C
Drinking description: Starters with fish or vegtables, chicken, Fish and Pasta
contains sulfites

Wine Classification: Gebietsweine (Regional Wines)

Dry wines from hand-harvested grapes. After at least a half-year of maturation in barrel or stainless steel, these wines are released onto the market on 1 March. They offer a fine representation of the diversity found throughout Südsteiermark.
