Wine description: Raspberry pulp, complex, firm oak texture, minerally, spicy, vigorous—huge potential.
Soil: Red and grey slate (paleozoic slate)
Winemaking: Selective hand picked grapes, open fermentation, after fermentation another 10 days maceration, gently pressed, malolactic fermentation in barriques. For the single vineyard Pinot Noir we pick the grapes from the oldest vines and the wine aged 22 months in barriques.
