Blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling
Wine description: Green apple, fresh, sinewy, quaffing
Soil: Paleozoic slate
Winemaking: Selective hand picked grapes from different slate vineyards. Maceration time of 3-6 hours, temperature controlled fermentation around 20°C in stainless steel tanks and afterwards batonage for several months.
Drinking temperature: 10 °C
Drinking description: Solely as an aperitif, Tuscan bread salad, Smoked goose breast

Dry wines from hand-harvested grapes. After at least a half-year of maturation in barrel or stainless steel, these wines are released onto the market on 1 March. They offer a fine representation of the diversity found throughout Südsteiermark.
